A small neighborhood convenience store and breakfast along with a lunch shop. Great subs, hot and cold, along with breakfast goodies. A few tables with chairs to eat in. Good quality, good, and reasonably priced. There is a very friendly and accommodating staff; I eat here weekly.

If you're look for cheap, greasy, fast breakfast this place is great! Lunch menu is a little overpriced, but still delicious. I used to live right around the corner and was here multiple days a week. The staff is always super friendly and kind, and your food comes out quickly. This isn't a place I would recommend to someone visiting Medford, but if you're a local this is the kind of place that makes the experience of living in the area great.

The frappes are out of this world, the deli is top notch and the overall selection is huge. It's the perfect location for Medford residents along with Tufts students. If you’re from the area, you already know Alexander’s is a local legend — but their steak and cheese deserves its own shout-out. Perfectly grilled steak, juicy and packed with flavor, loaded into a soft, fresh roll that holds everything together without getting soggy. The cheese melts right into the meat — no shortcuts, no skimping. Add grilled onions and peppers and it’s absolute perfection. I’ve had steak and cheese subs all over Greater Boston, and this one easily tops the list. Every bite hits you with that classic, hot, cheesy, satisfying flavor that keeps you coming back.

Great place for breakfast, price to quality is unbeatable. A note to all the people writing bad reviews: adjust your expectations. This is an unassuming local place owned and staffed by decent hardworking people, so please give them a break and show appreciation. The food is much better than at Starbucks or Dunks, so we should be grateful that these type of local joints are still here.

extremely friendly environment, staff was helpful and patient while i scoured the menu. the southwestern wrap i ordered was amazing, everything was fresh although the pickles i asked to be added were forgotten. definitely will come back, hoping for pickles
